The data controller for this website and for customer data is Adluelno AB, registered office Huddinge, Sweden, org. no. 559238-4340, VAT no. SE559238434001. To ask about your data, email hello@creatediscordbot.com or use the brief form.

What this website collects

  • The brief form. Your name, email address, optional Discord username and what you write about your project. It's used to reply to you and prepare a quote. Giving it is voluntary, but without an email address I can't reply.
  • Server logs. The hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser and the page requested, to run and protect the site. Vercel keeps these request logs only briefly (from hours to a few days, depending on the hosting plan), and I don't copy them anywhere else.

The site doesn't use analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies. The free tools run in your browser and don't send what you enter anywhere, except the webhook sender: when you press Send, it sends your message and webhook URL directly from your browser to Discord and nowhere else, and its preview loads the images you link only if you tick the box for that.

Customers

If you buy something, I also keep your contact and billing details, invoices and project communication. Payments are handled by Stripe; I don't see or store card numbers.

Why I can use the data

  • Replying to a brief and preparing a quote: steps you asked for before a contract.
  • Delivering and supporting a project: performing the contract.
  • Bookkeeping: a legal obligation under Swedish accounting law.
  • Keeping the site secure: legitimate interest.

Who processes it

  • Vercel (website hosting and server logs)
  • Resend (delivers form submissions to my inbox)
  • Forward Email (forwards mail sent to the site's address)
  • Google (the Gmail inbox where briefs and email arrive)
  • Stripe (invoices and payments, for customers)
  • GitHub (source code repositories, for customers)

Your data isn't sold or shared with anyone else, and no decisions about you are made automatically. Some of these providers are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, and otherwise on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. You can ask me for a copy of the safeguards that apply.

How long it's kept

  • Briefs that don't lead to a project: deleted after 24 months at the latest.
  • Customer records: for the length of the relationship.
  • Accounting records (invoices, payment records, accepted quotes and contracts): until the end of the seventh year after the financial year they belong to, as the Swedish Bookkeeping Act requires.

Bots I build or host for you

Data a bot handles in your server belongs to your community. You decide what the bot collects, and you are the controller for it. When I host, maintain or repair a bot, I process that data as your processor, only on your instructions, under the processing terms in section 10 of the Terms of Service.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, ask for processing to be restricted, object to processing and ask for your data in a portable format. If you think your data is handled wrongly you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) at imy.se.
